Filenotes AI was created with a strong focus on privacy and security that scales to any size organization. Filenote AI and its underlying platforms are SoC2 Type II certified.
Your video recording stays with you
No video is downloaded or kept by us. Your meeting recordings are stored in your environment (Teams or Zoom). Recordings are kept per your storage configuration (default storage: Teams is 120 days, Zoom is 180 days).
We NEVER train Ai on your data.
We recognise the importance of data ownership and privacy. We designed the solution specifically to not keep your client data so that your data can never be used to train the AI.
Data access and retention
We do not save a copy of your data. Our solution uses a temporary access link (valid for only 60 minutes) to your recording for transcription purposes, and the entire environment is destroyed as soon as the file note is completed.
SOC2 Type II certified
Filenote AI and its underlying infrastructures are SOC2 Type II certified. The run time environment does not retain data post-processing and the control room log-data is retained up to 90 days for debugging and billing verification purposes.

Employees go through a thorough background check, and sign a confidentiality agreement. All employee equipment are secured though use of virtual networks and use of security and anti-malware software.
